W e ‘Hi-Tech Abrasives Ltd.’(HAL) are part of a Group worth Rs. 4000 Million organization engaged in diversified field of Steel Industry. At Hi-Tech Abrasives Ltd., with 2 Induction Furnaces we are having the largest installed capacity in India for production of Steel Shots. Our market share is as much as 30% of total Indian Steel Shots production. Incorporated in the year 1991, Hi-Tech Abrasives Ltd. was established under patronage of Shri Narayan Prasad Tekriwal. His experience of 2 decades in Steel Industry, associated with experts team to manufacture Steel Shots along with the State of Art ultra modern plant at Raipur, helped Hi-Tech Abrasives Ltd. to become No. 1 Steel Shots manufacturing unit in the country. Our location at Raipur i.e. heart ( center ) of India, helps us to provide regular services and timely delivery to our customers on one hand and on another hand to minimize the Transportation cost of both Finished Materials as well as of Raw Material, and thus helps us to keep the prices of our products at lower level. Hi-Tech Abrasives Ltd. has obtained ISO-9001-2008 Certification and is dedicated for continuous improvement of the quality of its products. HAL has a separate R & D department assisted by fully equipped chemical as well as physical Testing Lab. Headed by Mr. Pankaj Tekriwal as M.D. HAL is progressively marching ahead to become an internationally known enterprise.

Longer Life
Making them go through controlled casting and heat treating process, the Shots and grits feature are homogeneous micro structure of tempered/ martensite. This is the toughest & most impact resistant steel composition ever developed for blast cleaning abrasives
Faster Cleaning
They feature hardness that allows faster production and economic cleaning. These also resist deformation and fracturing and work directly on kinetic energy to achieve superior cleaning jobs
Lower Maintenance
Steel shot's round casting allow resistance to fracturing and assure minimum of sharp edges in the operating abrasive mixture. After repeated usage and fracturing of steel blast cleaning abrasive, the fragments become rounded quickly, thus service life of machine replacement parts is maximised
Uniform Results
